Good morning from a sweltering Spain.
No desk or work to show this week and below is the reason why. Just too hot to do anything no cooking, cleaning etc. Hopefully temperatures will begin to fall this next week. The trouble with living on the coast is the high humidity.
So that is me for this week weather permitting there will be something to show next week. Sorry ladies.
Hope you all have a good week.
I've been watching the dreadful temperatures across Europe on the news and just can't imagine the feeling. Of course it doesn't help that here our houses aren't built to cope with it . Hope you get some relief from it soon. Take care. Helen #2
ReplyDeleteI do hope it cools down for you soon Ani (and for QC and Barney too). I am not surprised that nothing gets done with temperatures that hot! Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah #7
ReplyDeleteI get cross if the temps go above 26 so I can’t imagine how you’re coping with that heat - I’m in sympathy with the cat! She’s looking good for 16, my puss Ron is nearly 20 and doing amazingly well, that’s what comes of having human slaves catering to your every need, lol!!

Wow! That's a lot of heat. I hope it cools down soon for you. I would love for us to have a little more warmth (up to 22-23 as we were at 16 yesterday) but not that! Your cat is gorgeous. Happy WOYWW. Take care and stay safe, With love & God Bless, Caro xxx (#17)
ReplyDeleteSo sorry you are having excessive heat where you are. Glad I am not venturing to Spain this year, it would knock me out. So glad your lovely little cat is staying in, hope it is cool inside for you both, and she is being sensible and doing a nightly walk only.
ReplyDeleteTake care
Hugs, Neet 11 xx
Sympathies with the excessive heat. By contrast the weather here is dull and rain inclined! A partial swap would be good. Have a great week Angela #4
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear its really hot thre and hope it cools down and you can get back to normal life,
ReplyDeleteTake care and stay safe,

No problem, just pleased to see you. Have a very happy and maybe creative woyww, Angela x14x
ReplyDeleteIt just doesn’t matter, as long as you’re managing the heat, who cares if you’re doing stuff. Are you the type to wait for eveninnng and then go to the beach for swimming and if available, cool winds? Everything is such an effort in those huge temps.
ReplyDeleteWow - that looks hot!
ReplyDeleteHappy WOYWW!
Stay safe and keep well!

That's an impressive map, Ani. Just looking at it brings one out in a sweat! Wha a beautiful kitty you have. She certainly doesn't look her age! I hope you both manage to survive the heat and that it will reduce soon so that you can go back to being creative again.
ReplyDeleteHappy belated WOYWW,
