WOYWW 578

What a silly place to put the new post icon, after clicking on various icons finally found it.

Had a play with the new blogger at the weekend don't really think much of it as I cannot place photos where I want them. Also after placing photos the font reverted to black and ariel.
Anyway here goes for this weeks WOYWW 578.

It has been full scale ahead with Christmas cards, hoping perhaps the vision of snow etc might cool me down. Temperatures have been very high here this last week, but thankfully no more fires.

Over the weekend I managed to make all the inserts for the cards a job well done.

How I wish I could get these two photos side by side.

Lots of cutting out of many candles.

Mass production in progress, layering with metalic card.

Some of the finished cards packed and priced ready to go into store for another few months.
So that is me for this week, I am now going to try and schedule this to publish during the early hours, then tomorrow will link up with Julia our host at https://stamping-ground.blogspot.com/  Well managed the link address ok.

  2. A busy week Ann. I intend sticking with the old blogger for as long as possible. When the new one becomes the default I shall simply click on the revert to legacy blogger button for writing posts. Annoying that they've removed the multiple photo upload from it though. One at a time is much slower. Stay safe and happy WOYWW. Sarah #2

  3. Morning Ani. Goodness - folks do seem to be having a lot of problems with this new blogger thingy. I think I'm glad I didn't use the old one - and don't use the new one. Word press is hard enough for me. I can't work out how to place a link...
Great achievements this week - all those cards!!! Well done. And a fun weekend out! Yep - I read your previous post.
Take care. Stay safe. God bless.

  4. Oops! Looks as if I will have fun when I have to use the new blogger. I don't like my photos anywhere other than central so I can see I will get annoyed with it.
My words you have been busy with all those cards. No wonder you got warm whilst making them. Such patience at all that fussy cutting. Hats off to you!

  5. Morning Ani, i'm not a fan of the new blogger it seems much more time consuming than the older version but well done on scheduling your post, something I failed on last week :/
Lovely creative makes, it looks like you have been very very busy, I do love fussy cutting, great therapy.
Stay creative & happy WoywW Tracey #8 xx

  6. Blogger on Google Chrome was unworkable for me last week. I gave up in sheer frustration and came back to Safari with no problems. Looks like a great collection of cards and you seem super well organised.
Have a lovely creative and safe week.

  7. Oh well done on doing all those inserts as I remember thats a job you hate! Lots of gold stars for completing that task then!! I don't mind the new Blogger but have resorted to uploading one photos at a time in order to position them how I want and I always click on the text above a new pic then hit the down arrow to get below the pic, that way the font doesn't change - it may be a tad long winded but at least you're not having to reset the font. Works for me anyway!

  8. It took me forever to find the new post button too xxx Wow on the amount of "C" cards you have made - they do look lovely - still not doing any yet ;) xx Have a great week. Soojay #11

  9. Oh you really are on the ball Ani, inserts, packed, priced..I do applaud you! Lots of patient fussy cutting too, good for you, Thayer must have taken some time. I do sort of mass produce but I don’s ‘mass mount’ like you show on that lovely metallic card...I cant say why, but it feels very brave of you! I’m not using the new Blogger, but the few times I’ve tried to access my dashboard it’s made me cross...you cant even lightly touch an icon to get a pop up explanation of what it does, it performs its function whether you want it to or not. Hate that. What’s wrong with words??? Ah me, getting change resistant in my old age! Take care, I believe the temperatures in your beautiful part of the world are going to be very high.

  10. Love your mass production pics! You are organised!
I too keep having a go with the new blogger - and it is getting easier/better. I think I have found most buttons now...still having problems with fonts and sizes.

  11. Hi Susan!
You are lucky to be somewhere where it is warm - not the case here in England! Well done with all those inserts and I congratulate you on doing Christmas cards - I am not even close to beginning with that! Have a lovely crafty week!
    Love and hugs,

  13. That's some production line you have there! I love seeing the reflection in the red mirri board. You have some lovely images coloured in and I particularly like the ones in the first pic with the car and the people etc. Have a lovely week, Lisa-Jane #15

  14. Oh well done with your wonderful C cards - what an achievement. Yes I am struggling a bit with new blogger too. xx Jo

  15. You've got quite a production line going there with your cards, Ani! Well done. It sounds as if the new Blogger is a right pain in the proverbial. I am soooo glad I abandoned awful Blogger last year and went over to Wordpress. When they managed to delete ALL the photos off my 8-year-old blog, it was the final straw. I hope you manage to get to grips with it.

Thank you for your visit - glad you like the green cardigan. As for the kitties, they spend most of the time asleep if the weather's bad! They are pretty lazy, and expect everything to be done for them!

    Happy WOYWW,

  17. Gosh - so many gorgeous cards and so much forward-planning - well done!

I'm pretending the new Blogger thing isn't happening and hoping that I can just continue to keep reverting back to the current format. Your 'moving with the times" approach is far more sensible!

    Have a good week.

  19. Hi Ani. I've given up with the new blogger, I have better things to do with my time than waste it with something that doesn't work properly. I went on to the blogger forum and I'm not the only one that doesn't like it and they say they are going to improve it so we'll see. Looks like you've been very productive this wee, well done. Wishing you a very happy and creative woyww, Angela x20x

  20. Hi Ani, I think I am on new blogger, it does look different, and the icons do throw me. I have no idea on the photo placement. I only tend to put a couple of photos on, but I will have a play one weekend and see if I can figure it out. Glad you don't have the fires anymore, you have hot weather and we now have rain and thunderstorms! I am not thinking of Christmas cards yet - far too early for me. Have a lovely week, Heather xx #16

  21. Happy Belated WOYWW. I am glad I am on Wordpress, as although it has been a steep learning curve (and will continue to be so), I am happy with my blog now. I read your earlier post too, and great to see what you get up to outside the crafting. I really miss being able to sit outside at night and listen to the sea, without freezing! Those Chinese buffets are always far too much food (I normally have child portions when we go out), but yes great to try different things. So many Christmas cards. I am yet to start my Christmas crafting, and I don't make a lot of cards now. However, when my Stampin'Up! goodies arrive, then I will make some festive projects up. Ali x #18
