WOYWW 539

Good morning ladies October already how fast this year has/is going.

Can't believe I sat at the computer on Thursday morning and read all the posts and commented on the ones that would allow me to. This must be a first for me.
Can I ask does anyone else go to a persons post first not saying who's but I do.

Someone at the sewing group gave me this last Wednesday she said she didn't know how old it was but could I make use of it. The label has a price of $1.29 and it comes from Woolworth (Woolco) New York. The things we Brits in Spain have.

Below are two glorious sunrises seen this week on the second one you can just seen the crescent moon.

 25th Sept 7.27am
27th Sept 7.34 am

From this last week
to this today.

Ok it has become a dumping table, still has some Christmas card bits and pieces, lots of wool been knitting the squares, also trying to finish teddy's santa outfit and lots of other things. To many things on the go.

To finish here is the jolly snowman finished, instead of a cushion did it as a wall hanging.

So now over to Julia at http://stamping-ground.blogspot.com/ who hosts this world famous WOYWW.
Have a good week.
Ani

  4. Me again, just read your comment on my blog. I've just made my 120th item for the shop! I do keep a tally of what I make just as a rough check against the money put in the RNLI collecting box in the counter. It's an easy way o fmkaing money for the charity :-)

  5. Morning Ani. What a cute snowman! Well done for making him up so quickly - he's a happy chappie, isn't he?! I'm loving the contrasts between last week's desk and this - I also always have about five different things on the go at the same time. John used to call them my unfinished symphonies! Glorious sunrises.
    Take care. God bless.

  7. I love your Jolly snowman Ani, gosh you made him up so quickly. He looks grand as a wall hanging. Beautiful photographs, a lot better than what we are experiencing in the UK at present. Enjoy & Happy WoywW Tracey (5) x

  9. What a lovely jolly snowman you have there - and what a lovely idea to use it for hanging rather than as a cushion. Hope you use him this coming Christmas.
Thanks for the sunsets too - what gorgeous evening you must have over there - can just imagine you sitting outside watching it with only a cardigan on (at times) to keep the chill off. (Sounds like Manchester NOT)
Hugs, Neet 2 xx (ps did have a cover on my hot water bottle, always do have)

  10. Oh yes, too many things to do can cause chaos on the desk. Although I of course prefer your desk in the second shot, makes me feel a bit more at home. Gorgeous sunsets, very glad you’ve not been over affected by the storms and floods on the Costa Blanca, some of the damage is quite incredible. Love the Woolco SNowman, he makes a great hanging, good idea, and you were so quick to make him up. And finally..you’ve got us all wondering now..go on, flatter the desker who’s blog you visit first!

  11. Lovely snowman. I've been to a garden centre today and was shocked at the amount of Christmas stuff they already have on show, it seems really early. Of course if we are making cards we need to get started now though I haven't really done much yet. Hope you have a lovely creative woyww, Angela x15x

  16. Hi Annie, well what lovely sunrises, I’m rarely up for one, although they’ve been that beautiful here because of fires as my brother in law has taken them.
I loved what you’ve done with the cushion! From an undoubtedly old purchase, what a lovely snowman wall hanging .. and love the desk.. yes dumping ground that happens, mines ok today but floor isn’t need to sort the perpetual pile.
Happy WOYWW. Thanks for sharing, Shaz in Oz.x #18
