WOYWW 543

Good morning I'm back, not fully recovered but a great deal better.

So what is on my workdesk today only some Christmas angels that I am knitting for my local church. The idea is to yarn bomb them in the neighbourhood (well three neighbourhoods as we have three branches of our church here in Spain) with labels on telling the times of various Christmas services.
These have been easy to knit while I have been unwell and unable to sit at my table making cards.


That is the extent of my work over the last three weeks not very productive.

Thought you may like to see these photos I took the other night. The birds are back taking advantage of b & b in the trees just below my house. By next week they will have all gone on their way.

    Most of the birds have already gone from my area. I miss the songbirds but still have some beauties at my feeders...cardinals, wrens, and little chick-a-dees to name a few. I love the little birds that visit!

    The angels are so sweet and what a lovely idea to get the Christmas service times out to people. The bird pictures are great, it must have been quite sight to see.

    Are they starlings? I love to watch the birds. ben and I watch a flock of crows/jackdaws doing a swooping display over our estate yesterday - amazing. I love the little angels - hope you soon feel better. Lots of bugs about. xx Jo

    Hi Ani. Hope you are completely recovered by now. Those little angels are great - and a really good idea for getting the news out about all your Christmas services!! Yes, are the birds starlings? They do their murmuration thing around here during the autumn. It's fantastic to watch.
