WOYWW 502

Well from no 1 on week 500 to a very late posting this week. Good excuse my car broke yesterday so waiting for the breakdown truck and having to hire a car for a week. I cannot manage without a car in this area of Spain. Had a 75km round trip just to the dentist yesterday and have to go again this afternoon. Help root canal filling.

My desk still hasn't appeared from before Christmas I have certainly lost the mojo. Although I have been knitting a few bits and pieces sat in front of the fire watching TV.
Will be making a start on some ventilator hats for new  borns this evening. A UK charity is desperate for some.
Short and sweet today as I have to go and prepare for the dentist visit. No looking forward to it.
Will be around later if I feel up to it. So now to link with Julia our host at http://stamping-ground.blogspot.com/

  2. Blooming cars, so essential yet a real pain when they break down. And I hope that the dentist's visit helps too, toothache is no fun. Those little hats are lovely, my WI are knitting for preemie babies in our local town.

  8. Oh Lordy, I hope you’re at home and comfortable after your dental appointment....root canal is exhausting, I hope you have no pain, except I realise that you will be feeling sore and battered for sure. Sorry to hear about the car, aren’t they a nuisance when they break. Argh. I think knitting of any sorts qualifies as a desk, and the hats for preemies is wonderful work. I’m not surprised that your other table is not filled, you worked so hard before Christmas, I expect your mojo needs a rest!
