Help please

Please can someone explain to me how to get other bloggers images on the right side of the page. I see they sometimes say if you would like to display this image copy and paste ........ but how do I paste to my page?

    Eeeek, another thing is - you have word verification turned on and that does put folk off commenting I'm afraid. ALL of it is fixable though!
